Mission Statement

Our Saviour Lutheran School is operated under the guidance and direction of Our Saviour Evangelical Lutheran Church. It exists primarily to provide a Christ-centered spiritual, secular, and physical education "so that the congregation’s children might be thoroughly instructed in God’s Word", and secondarily to use Christian education as a tool to reach our community’s children with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our goal in operating the school is to assist parents and guardians in bringing up their children "in the training and instruction of the Lord" (Ephesians 6:4). As Christian parents and teachers, we want to work together so that nothing will rob our children of the crown of glory Jesus has won for them and will give them soon in heaven .

Our Mission

Our Christian day school was started for the purpose of providing a "Christ centered" education for our children and as a mission outreach to the children in our community.

The school upholds the belief that the Word of God is inspired, inerrant, and authoritative. Through daily instruction in all other subjects in the light of the Word, the children are prepared for loving, concerned, useful citizenship in this life and for everlasting heavenly citizenship in the life to come.

Enrollment has increased steadily and our curriculum and programs have grown each year. In 2002 we began construction of our new school facility. The school was dedicated August 3, 2003.
